Which workouts do you guys like?
So I currently workout like 5 days a week. I run about 8 miles a couples times a week, lift weights, spin and do a lot of suspension training. I was telling a girl this and she freaked and said that wasn't normal lol. How do u guys like to workout? Do u think ur routine would change when u conceive?
