Blood pressure kinda high and bad chest pain for 2 hours
My blood pressure was 135/95 and ive been having bad chest pains for about 2 hours almost. Its not heartburn this is different pain. And ive taken 6 tums today just to see if that would help.
Anything i can do at home to help lower this and maybe the pain will go away?
