PERIOD AFTER DEPO SHOT?

My depo shot wore off about a month ago and I know I'm not pregnant but I'm just wondering when I'll get my next period

I had my period the week before I was due for my next shot 
And now it's caused fertility problems been trying for 10 months now and still pregnant even tho I'm getting regular periods 
It shrunk my ovaries now having to see doctors about trying to conceive and having to see a gyno about my periods being so painful and heavy 
Good luck cause the needle has fucked so many people over

When I was on depo took 6 months till I had a period.
