What do doctors do for men with low sperms count?

I ovulate every month. I already have one child of my own that will be 3 next month. My fiance has no children and we have tried for we'll over a year. He hasn't been checked yet but I assume the problem probably lies with him. We both plan on getting checked to see what we can do to conceive. Just wondering what doctors do for men in that type of situation as to where men have low sperm counts. TIA ladies.
