early pregnancy symptoms come and go?

I just got a faint positive yesterday and now today my only symptom, tender breasts, feels as though it's going away. Should I be worried? Have others experienced this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?

Yeah they come and go. I've had off and on pain in my uterus area since I conceived. I also had mild nausea and no appetite off and on. Like I will not feel like eating for several days and be ravenous for several days. So don't worry. It's normal

Your probably very early on.. my morning sickness didn't start till 7 weeks.. so don't be too worried  if your getting a faint posative the hcg hasn't built up enough yet to evan make a difference.. xx
