LMP 11/14/14, no AF and no BFP

Hey ladies! 3 years ago I went into the ER for kidney stones and found out I have cysts. Currently seeing a specialist OBGYN and she said I had pcos at that time even though I don't have any other characteristics for it. Last year went in for my annual and was having pains and burning type feeling and she said it could be I have endometriosis. Now I've been off NuvaRing for 4 months ttc #1. My concern is that I haven't had a period since November 14th (saw my OBGYN  for my Annual after that). She said if I got 60days without AF to make an appointment and they would make me start. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests over the last week and all I get is BFN. Starting to get frustrated. I've tried to not focus too much on having a bfp but it seems everyone around me is pregnant! Has anyone else been through this? And even though I saw the scan and the cysts I'm really not characteristic of pcos. Should I wait the 60 days or keep testing? Or call my OBGYN early?
