a pain in the vajayjay

I've dialated only a little about half a cm according to my doc..but I feel like I can literally feel the baby dig deeper through my contractions at night. I want to stretch to relieve some of this pressure but I'm terrified the baby will drop lower and my water will break. I go back to be checked tomorrow but I'm over the final labor pains😩...it's not even time for my baby to come yet
