feel like I'm crazy

So last October I spotted instead of my period and got a positive test confirmed with fidgital 4 days before my November period. I just missed my period due the first spotted 2,3,4 and still no pos but I feel like I'm pregnant again just like last October. I also have a slight fever well temp of 99.6 since Friday and I'm usually at 96.5 or 97.6 so that's also weird I'm not sick. Am I testing too early?! I don't know when I would of ovulated because I'm not testing and I wasn't trying to get pregnant my youngest is 4 months old this month 😂
