I'm only 20 weeks 😰😰😰... itching like crazy. All over my legs, chest and butt cheeks. None on my stomach though.

It could be eczema. I got this too and went to a dermatologist about it. First he thought it was an autoimmune reaction, then he thought eczema or PUPPS when the first round of treatment didn't make it completely disappear. I was prescribed a oral steroid and a steroid cream. I also recommend using pine tar soap ASAP because it takes a week or two to help with the itching.

Are you carrying a boy? If it is PUPPP it generally doesn't start until around 35 weeks.
