Tender breasts,not pregnant

I know this question has been asked before but I feel like I need to ask for myself. The last two/three months I've been experiencing sore breasts which hasn't always been normal for me. This month especially they are extremely tender to touch. Whenever I bump them with my arms or my boyfriend touches them I wince in pain. They seem fuller but not too much. Just really tender. I'm not pregnant and I've been having normal menstrual cycles ranging from at most 28-35 days. According to Glow I was ovulating yesterday and I'm in the last day of the fertile window. I haven't been good about tracking CM last month (I need to start every day again) and I haven't used a opk so I don't know when exactly I'm ovulating.
