Can I change my induce date?

I'm due to be induced Tuesday but unfortunately my husband had to leave town for work and won't be back until Friday night. My baby and I are both healthy. So I just want to know what were my chances of being able to change my induce date from Tuesday to Friday so my husband can be there for our son's birth.

Update: after many phone calls I was able to change it! Super happy and excited. Now hopefully my baby boy stays put until Friday.

As long as the hospital isn't too booked up with people then you should be able to with no issues

They can't force you. It's your choice. They will try but at the end of the day they have to listen to u
