14 w and pain down there ?

Sometimes I get this sharp pain in my private area. Like I think its just where the .... How do I call things ...... Where the hole is it will start being in pain then it goes away within a minute. Its everyday. What can this be? Should I mention it to Dr tomorrow. I'm too shy to mention this stuff. Please someone
