EXTREME heartburn?! Advice?

I have heartburn so bad the inside of my ears are itching/burning. Has this happened to anyone? My acid reflux has never gotten this bad and I'm a little worried.

If you are pregnant let your doc know. Tho some docs brush off extreme heat burn it could be a sign of preeclampsia. I had heart burn so bad I would go through a bulk bottle of tums a week and my doc kept brushing it off until they finally took my BP and it was high and I had protein in my urine. Turns out it was a side effect of the toxins my kidneys were releasing.
