is anybody on here a lawyer or have gone to court for custody?PLZ HELP ME!!!

I'm debating if I should send my sons father to court he not doing what he supposed to or paying for daycare and nearly spending time with our son. I've have let so much slide but now I'm fed up because he is putting our son last and putting himself first and it's starting to effect my son and I don't take that lightly. I really really need help can someone plz help me! Or give
Me advice and guide me I don't know if I'm making the right choice going back to court.

Yes you're making the right choice to take him to court, idk why this is even a question. Your child deserves the best that you can give him and if his dad isn't willing to contribute the courts will make him. Just be clear with yourself and the courts what your expectations will be and what you're asking.

I just don't wanna lose my child to him since he has his own job, house, car and I don't I don't want the courts to give him more days he don't need any days at all he can't even handle the weekends the court gave him the first time
