Telling people your pregnant

So I'm pretty independent for the most part. I haven't told most people I'm pregnant because I just want to be treated like a human being and I don't want to hear people's judgy comments because non pregnant women don't understand me. The other side of the coin is sometimes I do need help . Has anyone else publicly besides fb tell associates and other people you hardly know that your pregnant just because you feel like their opinion doesn't matter. Lol hope this post makes sense.
