Will they tell me if baby isn't growing?

I have a 4D scan in 2 days and it's not a hospital scan, it's a private one. I'll be 27 weeks 4 days. I'm going just to see him because I'm impatient but I've been worrying lately that the baby probably isn't growing right because of my small bump. Probably just being paranoid but my question is if the scan showed he is smaller than he should be, would they at least let me know to see my own doctor?
