should i wait?

i'm 18w and still haven't told work. i work at a nursing home with lots of lifting but i haven't had much complications just bv which made me super crampy. But i haven't told my boss and i'm so anxious an eager to post is on social media just because it's my first child and it's a beautiful thing and blessing. But also i'm 17 almost 18. I'm still just nervous. Should i wait to post it on social media till my boss knows? i dont know even know how to tell my boss?
