reading everything on here is making me think I'm not ready at the point I should be!!

Ok, so I am 23 weeks and change with twin girls, my first,  and have already been on bed rest once and had a cerclage put in... reading posts on here are freaking me out.  Should I already have clothes for the babies and a hospital bag ready?! I have showers coming up and was waiting until then to get stuff together. But now I am freaking out! What do I absolutely need to have by this point, any advice is appreciated.  Thanks in advance!
