fell today :-/

Tripped over something and fell forward on my hands and knees. Didn't hit my stomach thank God but I fell really hard and it scared the crap out of me. My knees are all banged up. I called the doctor and they said I don't have to come in if I don't have bleeding or cramping and can still feel the baby moving. Everything seems okay so far but I'm still scared. Would have felt more comfortable getting an ultrasound just to check on things but the doctor must not think it's needed. Anyone else have any scary falls?
