Need help. what do yall think i should do any suggestions.

Ok me an my ex broke up after 4 1/2 years 2gether, we decided 2 be just friends. I have a friend from work that i been hanging out with. My ex doesn't want me talkin 2 him an my friend doesn't want me talkin 2 my ex. They bout want 2 be wit me but i don't want 2 be with either one of them on that type of level i want 2 focus on myself an have fun in the process. I am still in love wit my ex but i also like my friend he is a cool guy an i enjoy hanging out wit him. Nothin sexual wit either one of them just friends. I personally couldnt be wit someone if im still in love with someone else. I have a feeling that soon they will give me an ultimatum. I really dont wanna stop talkin 2 either one of them but if it comes down 2 it im stuck.

2.) Choose friend that i really like.

3.) Choose myself an leave bout of them alone.
