Ghost kicks or what?

Hi lovely ladies I'm 21 and had my first boy last may,,,  30 days of postpartum bleeding and no periods yet,,,  I'm breastfeeding and I feel something like baby kicks I tested 3 time 3months ago but came out negative ,,, what does ghost kick means and is it normal to feel kinda baby kicks after 5-6 months of delivery???looking for advice and guidance

When I drink too much caffeine I sometimes get muscle twitches in my stomach that sort of feel like baby kicks. Maybe it could be that?

I've been getting ghost kicks too. It's freaking me out. I'm about this close to testing lol but tests are expensive and I keep reminding myself that if I'm preggo I'd be about 14 weeks and surely I'd be showing by now like I did with my last two kids. (I'm tiny) but it's really really freaking me out!!!

I experienced the same thing I asked my dr she said its normal the way she explained it made sense . She said its our abdominal area that is changing now that there is no baby and those movements that I feel can be simply that my body changed and is going back to normal . Sorry if that doesn't make sense . But I feel the same thing and I even had an ultrasound done because of my BC and there is no baby .
