Hi ladies I'm in early pregnancy (6weeks) and was extremely constipated and in pain just wanted to share with u all that's I laid on a heating pad on my back between my lower back and my tailbone and it worked wonders! Released everything and I became pain free! Just thought I should share to kick the meds during pregnancy
