Experiences of easy pregnancies 38+ weeks?

I'm just shy of 38 weeks and I feel like baby won't know when to come. A lot of women are talking about how they are in their last month and just want baby out already and I haven't reached that level of discomfort yet. I have a long torso and so my belly is definitely smaller compared to "normal" so while I have the occasional ache and pain it isn't anything unbearable yet. I'm not dilated or anything at all yet. Barely ever have Braxton hicks. No mucous plug, bloody show or complications in any way... I feel like baby is comfy in there and might never want to come out... Lol.

Anyone else have an easy go their last 2 weeks before baby was due? Did labor just come out of the blue or did you have to get induced at 41 weeks?

I'm not super worries or stressed - Just kinda curious what other women experienced.
