How are you stocking up?

Ftm so starting from scratch lol. I'm leaving most things (and big ticket items other than nursery decor) for the baby shower to see what I get. But it won't be a huge shower so I dont have everything on my registry. I'm 24 w and am just picking up random necessities here and there (a pack of changing pad liners, breast leak pads, a pack of pumping bags, etc) . Anyone else doing this? What's your method?!
