omg awful pain

Horrible cramping and shooting pains through my back my whole stomach gets rock hard as well, I was spotting some blood with lots of mucus this morning and I did try timing the pain some was every 5 min some was every 8 or 10 min but it's been consistent since around 6pm and I can't handle the pain anymore it's 3 am and I've barely slept. Will warm bath help?? I'm a first time mom and people keep saying Ill know when I'm in labor but i feel like if this is it I have no idea
