contractions or Braxton

I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and I am getting really bad cramping. This is my second pregnancy. I don't have any bleeding just really bad cramping. I didn't Braxton hicks until I was 33 weeks with me son and that was two years ago. They last about 5 second and then stop. They come and go through out the day.
