Fenugreek, advice needed.

How much are you supposed to take to increase milk supply? Will this affect my baby? (Note: my daughter is a NICU baby)

Also: what else can I do to increase? My daughter gets 37ML a feeding 8 times a day. I'm barely getting 26oz a week! And she's eating well over that. She's getting donor milk while in NICU. She is 4 weeks old. I really want to breast feed when she gets home but I don't think I'll be able to at this rate.
