Family planning
I know there's a lot of information out there but I was hoping some of you lovely people could give me an idea on how to work around the family planning version of birth control and what I should be looking for that would be great.
I'm used to having to forms of birth control in place. Pill and condoms. But recently had a coil fitted and had a sudden increase in condoms tearing.
