anybody else?

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I haven't had any problem with feeling sick and weak until about a few days ago. I was in shower yesterday and I began to feel weak so I sat down and felt like I was going to pass out. Baby girl still moving around like usual just pretty nervous. I'm a first time mom. Anybody else have this happened and how did you fix it?
