Please help 😭😭😭

Today i have my 2nd Hsg test the first one showed that my left side was blocked. When i started in the new fertility clinic my doctor wanted to have a second Hsg test to make it a 100 % sure that it is blocked. And today it showed that my left side is blocked on the end like the last time and it filled up with fluid The nurse practicioner told that she think that i have Hydrosalpinx and that my RE will talk to be about it to see what the options for me are. Before i left she gave me some antibiotics for 10 days Doxyclyine and for another 10 days Metronidazole. Everytimes i get pills i look them up and it says it actually helps with hydrosalpinx to calm down if there is infection and help with the scar tissue. Has anyone gone throught this can you tell your expirience??? Today i felt lost i didnt know what to say and the nurse practioner didnt wanted to tell me anything or she didnt wanted to answer she rushed off the room 😵😵😵 if there is anything that anybody can help me with to actually calm me down a little i would be so gratefull today i was thinking that even God forgot about me and why i am going through all of this that are so many women they even through there new born baby in the trash and i would give everything to have a health baby my heart is broken
