Hey well I'm not Katrina I'm he's fiancé's sister I'm 12 years old I took her phone because she and my brother are making some plans for the wedding and she forgot her phone. I just got my first period yesterday but I haven't tell anyone I'm scared, I think I'll tell Katrina today so that she can help me but for now I'm just with my 18 years cousin alone and the only period protection Katrina has here is a tampon, can you tell me how to use it?

for ur first time u may need a few tampons because i went through like gen the first time i got it because i didn't know how to put it in, but finally figured it out..

It's a pretty simple process. Take it out of the wrapper, stick it into your vagina, and push it in with the little tube thing. Make sure that you stick it in for enough, but not too far. it should be in far enough if it's as far as it can go while still holding onto the grip. You'll be very uncomfortable if it is in wrong and you have to redo it.
