I'm having trouble getting pregnant 💔

Hey ladies! I'm 23 years young and my fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years now but We haven't had the best of luck.We've had 2 miscarriages but I still have hope that one day We will become a parents. It would mean the world if you ladies could give me advice on how to make my chances of getting pregnant a bit higher. PLZ HELP🙏

I have quit smoking and stopped my exaggerating drinking. I am irregular and never know when I will have my period. I might just get my period at most 4 times a YEAR! I know

That horrible but this is why I would love for you ladies to give me some advice.
