Creamy CM right after positive ovulation test

I tested positive the day before yesterday with my ovulation test and also had some EW cm. I know that you usually ovulate 12-24 hours after your first positive but today I had a had a lot of thick and creamy cm (which is obviously not sperm friendly) Have I ovulated already and the cm changes that quickly or am I not producing fertile cm at the right time. I'm a little worried.
