SOME ONE HELP 😬

I really need some advice I have had the implant for about two years now (I had no period through the time of the implant) and I had it removed on Wednesday of this week I haven't had my period yet but I had sex with my partner yesterday and he did you know, inside me I have very bad cramps extreme mood wings and horrendous dihoreeha. Just curious if I could be pregnant
