I heard on the radio there's a tattoo artist, Whitney Develle, who is offering free tattoos to cover scars from self-harm. I've included a screenshot of part of Cosmopolitan's article about this which explains Develle's reasoning for the free tattoos. So how do you feel about tattoo artists offering free tattoos to cover scars? Do you think all tattoo artists should do this? Should it be for scars in general? Are there any flaws/drawbacks that could be concerning or is this just an overall awesome idea?
