How do you convince someone to take you somewhere?

So I can't drive yet and I want to go to the next city where my bestfriends/ cousins are at but I don't have a ride. My mom says she's too busy and the next person who would be able to take me is my aunt but she says idk. It's an hour and 30 min drive but I want to go so bad because this week has been the worst week ever and I miss them sm. How can I convince my aunt to give me a ride?
