What is this? I'm 27 weeks and my belly button has tons of little tiny red bumps in it. And I'm noticing a few on my actual stomach. They don't hurt or itch at all. But super red and enflamed looking.

I'm allergic to nickel and when I wear clothing with metal buttons or a belt it looks like that and is tichy. With your hormones changing due to pregnancy, you could have developed a new allergy.

Is it only in and around your belly button? It might be a little skin yeast infection. Weird I know, but It can happen. My fiance had one and his belly button looked very similar to this.
