No meat! 🙊
I'm currently 10w 4d pregnant and throughout my whole pregnancy, I have not wanted meat. I used to love everything: steak, chicken, pork... but now I want anything except meat (unless it's a McDonald's cheeseburger, a hotdog, or something equally unhealthy 😓). I forgot to mention it to my doctor at my appointment last week, and I don't have another appointment for 3.5 weeks. I'm worried I'm not giving the baby enough of what he needs to be healthy without meat! I also don't really eat nuts or peanut butter.
Do I need to suck it up and eat meat to keep squishy healthy, or will I be okay?
