My baby is CONSTANTLY having hard stools 😫

I feel so bad for my little one; she hasn't had a 'good poop' in weeks. They are always hard and most of the time very small. We already give her fiborous baby food once a day, but it doesn't seem to help. Is it normal for her to have hard poops every day? I'm worried that it may be a bigger problem since it happens so often. Any advice or input that you girls can give me would be greatly appreciated!
