Ok so this is the first cycle I'm checking my BBT. And only the 2nd cycle using OPKs. Last month I had a blazing peak day on CD 20 (and I have long cycles Glow says 34 average. But the last 3 months it's been 38)

So I'm really hoping I didn't miss my OPK peak day (cause I'm trying SMEP this cycle and wanted to BD 3 days in a row after a + OPK) because it looks the darkest on Thursday CD 16 and the last 2 days it's been lighter 😞 also my temp dropped a lot the one day and then got higher and was high again this AM.

I got pineapple to eat after my O day for this cycle because I had a CP last month 😢 but now I dunno if/when I will ovulate?? If I should eat it yet or not lol. You're supposed to start eating it DPO 1-5 but who knows when that is. Did I already O? Will it be in 2 more days on CD 20 like it was last month. Or did I miss my surge around Thursday? I test at 5pm everyday on a 4hr hold. Or maybe I won't O this cycle cause of my CP 😞. Ugh I'm just so confused cause last month it was so obviously positive and this month I dunno 🤔
