[advice needed] Any of you girls uses NuvaRing?
I bought my first NuvaRing on September 22nd but my period is just coming today. I kept it on the fridge like the pharmacist advised me to do. Is it still safe?
Other question, I've done the Qtip test and the cotton tip came pink, can I use the ring now or should I wait for a heavier flow?
