Having a baby and getting married...

I see a lot of women getting engaged and married and soon after having children. I'm in a place where I only have one child single and stay to myself pretty much, it tends to get to me that I see this happening with others and I'm just like how do I handle this? I would love to be getting married and have more children I am 23 and I know I am young and still have a lot more growing to do but it's hard being a single mother and I feel all alone even though I have family around me 24/7.
