UPDATED Still have AF
Update:
I took the advice of all the lovely ladies from yesterday and I called my OB. She said I need to get blood work to confirm the miscarriage. She said I would have been 4 weeks and 6 days. I should have the results back tomorrow morning.

This is yesterday's test vs today's. Still lines but I'm still cramping and bleeding like AF. Assuming chemical, which the test would just show a negative and I could move on instead of holding out hope 😢
