AF Issues 😕😔
When AF arrives.. about day 2-4 I get terrible pain in my abdomen.. like sharp pains so ad i cant sit .. walk or anything i jst keep really still n wait for it to pass.. happens alot when i go to the toilet to .. is this normal or have i got issues?? Its gotten worse over the years... 😔😖
