Possibly Pregnant

So I'm supposed to start my period tomorrow and I haven't had any signs that it will be coming. I ended my last period on October 20th and a couple days later my fiancé and I had unprotected sex. The next day I had a brightish red cm/spotting thing. I've been really nauseous the last week and a half. Think I'm pregnant? Should I wait until my docs appointment on the 22 to get a test or do one asap?
