Today I have starting having a sharp shooting pain in my left breast. No other symptoms what so ever. I've done research and found that it's probably thrush. Now I have a few questions. I currently exclusively pump bc my boy is in the nicu tpn dependent. First off, what is the best treatment, I'm at the hospital with my son, so I'm far from my doc, I'd prefer if I was able to treat without going to see her. Second, it says dispose of milk, how much or how many days back should I toss? How long after today should I pump and dump? Third, any types of pain relief? And fourth, my baby was eating my milk through a tube, until Thursday they stopped, does he need to be treated?
