My parents are getting divorced
For the last 5-7 years things have been pretty rough for them. It gets better and then it gets worse. They've been to counseling. Tonight my mom told me she's been saving up and plans to leave in a couple weeks. I told her I'd give her some money and help her move. This is the only option in her eyes to be happy. I know my dad is going to be devastated but the way they fight has gotten beyond dysfunctional. I worry how it will affect my younger brother and sister. I wish they could work it out, at least until after Christmas but maybe separating for a few months will do the trick. Either way, I'm anticipating a big blow to my relationship with him because of this. I don't know what else to do. I'm tired of seeing them both so miserable.
