Crying over spilled milk........

Just had to throw away over 900 Oz of milk because our freezer froze over and stopped cooling. So upsetting! I had gone to the dr on Friday since I have been having pain in my breast and the dr told me I should start cutting back on pumping ( I am exclusively pumping and have been since 4 weeks since I was getting mastitis so frequently) I was finally getting up to a good milk supply where I felt good about slowing down and was feeling relief and now I'm so devastated know I have to start over. Ugh. Just want to cry.
