is it possible to cure a UTI without antibiotics?

I've heard lots of people say that antibiotics is the only way.. but I've also heard people say that taking D-mannose and drinking apple cider vinegar can help cure it along with fluids. Has anyone ever had success without meds?

I've also heard antibiotics are the only way. I tried to cure mine with cranberry juice, lots of water, and cranberry tablets before, but it never went away. I feel like with some people, you can get rid of it on your own, but if iy doesn't get better within a week, I would see your doctor for sure!

I ended up in the ER when i had my UTI twice, so I would definitely go to a doctor. It's a serious thing
