baby won't let me put her down..

Anyone else? I'm going crazy! She is one month old and she will not let me put her down for anything, I hold her and she passes right out. It the second I try to put her anywhere she screams!!! I've been holding the kid for 3 days straight and I'm going nuts!!! Anyone else!???
